Are you fully licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. This ensures you as a home owner are covered in the unlikely event something happens. A copy of our policy is available upon request.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, Our estimates are free. We come out to your place of residence and evaluate the space and your needs.
Can I get a phone quote?
Yes, we can provide you with a phone quote. Phone quotes are not binding and only used to give you a rough estimate, until we can send out one of our experienced reps to take the exact scope of work and what is need to provide you with a written quotation.
Can you recover existing Awnings?
Yes, in most cases we can recover your existing retractable awnings, fixed awnings, drop shades, sun-screens, and slide on wire awnings. On rare occasions we may not be able to recover your frames due to the current condition. In this case we would give explain and show you the reasons, and give you the option to replace it with a completely new system.
Do you service existing awnings?
In most cases, we are able to service your existing awnings, whether it be replacing the existing fabric, the arms or the existing motor.
Do you install awnings for other companies?
No, we do not install awnings for other companies. This is due to several factors including warranty and customer service issues. We only install the awnings we manufacture. This ensures our customers get the highest quality products and service available. We also don’t sub contract our installations. All of our installers are W2 employees
How can you prove you only use Sunbrella brand fabrics?
We can prove we only use Sunbrella fabrics by sewing in a label given to us by Sunbrella themselves. These labels are only given to companies that Sunbrella are 100% sure do not bait and switch your fabrics. We are a very select few.
How can you prove you only use Tenara Gore-Tex Thread and not an “equivalent?
Again, we sew in a Tenara Gore-Tex label, given to us by Tenara. These label’s are also only givento companies they are 100% sure do not bait and switch, or claim to use an equivalent. There is no equivalent or match, period!
Do you powder coat or spray paint your frames?
We only powder coat all of our frames. We never use spray pain or wet paint your frames with a brush.
Do you price match?
On the rare occasion we are more than our competitors, we will price match certain companies based on their products an customer service. Not all awnings are created equal. So will will not price match companies we know cut corners by using inferior products or we know have poor customer service. We will just encourage you to do some research and wish you all the best if you still choose to focus on price and not quality and value for your hard earned money.
