Our new Slide-on-Wire awning is fabulous! The Awning Co. is professional, on-time, follows through with ‘post-job adjustments,’ and creates beautiful custom awning designs. They have a warehouse in Irvine you can visit to see their products in person, and they actually construct all the working parts for their awnings IN their warehouse, so it’s Made in the USA, and who doesn’t love that!

Purchased 4 large remote controlled awnings with wind sensors. Very attractive, and I like the lighting on the full cassette option. I live in Northern CA, and The Awning Co. worked closely with me and the installation contractor to get everything just right.

We've had retractable fabric panels by The Awning Company at an interior patio for 8 years. They were great in making that space more comfortable during hot months, while just looking fun. I really liked the awnings the only thing I need to say that when I placed my order I was told that they would repaint the bracketed and this was not done since it wasn’t in my order. We have purchased 4 custom made Awnings and there were some adjustments that needed to be made , and the company was very cooperative and they stayed with us until we were completely satisfied . We definitely recommend The Awning Company.

The entire process was easy. The installers were efficient and clean. My only complaint would be the stucco patch. They told me before they started they needed to make a small hole in the stucco, but they would patch it. The hole was filled, but they did not texture the stucco, so it doesn’t look good. I added some texture and color to it myself and it looks good enough. Overall, the awning is high quality and we like it.

Great company.! The awning company recently installed the fifth of my electric powered shades. Some are now four years old, each of the installations have been perfectly done. None of them have needed much service, but when it is needed, it's been accomplished on time and correctly. I highly recommend the Awning Company. Robert Hunt

We ordered 2 automatic shades from the Awning Company and loved them so much, we ordered 1 more just a few weeks after. After another few weeks, we ordered another one and couldn't be happier. Their pricing is competitive and it's great that they have a showroom to see all of their products. Saul was amazing at showing us all of their trims and fabrics, along with communicating with us regarding installation times and more. He was so knowledgeable and always got back to me in a timely manner. We had the dream team install our shades: Michael and Eduardo were fast, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond, even helping us paint our new electrical conduit that was put in by our electricians for the shades. If we ever need more shades, I'm definitely giving Saul a call, again. Happy w/the installation which covered my patio well in a heavy rain recently. The fabric still looks bright and new in 6 months' service and the frame is still sturdy after a recent hi-wind episode. All credit to the sales consultant Tony who'd advised on details ahead of installation, a job well done.

Today was an exciting day—we finally had our new awnings installed! The old burgundy ones had served their time and were long overdue for replacement, so this upgrade feels especially refreshing. The new bluish-green awnings are absolutely beautiful, and I love how they cast a soft blue glow through the windows. It gives the illusion of a sparkling backyard pool—without the work of maintaining one. Based on our experience, it’s best to order awnings during the off-season. We placed our order in June, during the warmer months, which in hindsight wasn’t the best decision since our replacement wasn’t urgent. In the future, we’ll plan to order during the colder months, when awnings aren’t top of mind for most people and scheduling is likely easier. The Awning Company did a fantastic job, and their team was friendly and professional throughout. A special thanks to Justin, the installer—he did excellent work, and the awnings not only look great but also feel solid and well made. And a special thanks to Christine in the office—she was always helpful, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish.

I wasn't sure that an awning could be installed in the location I wanted but the salesman was very knowledgeable about how it could be done. So I went ahead with it. I was able to pick a specific awning design and also wanted it automated to make it easier to use. The installers were great. They worked around any issues that came up and I am very happy with it. It was expensive but is under a 10 year warranty so I'm sure I will enjoy it for many years to come.
